Last couple of weeks
Down to the wire
Here is a quick look at the next couple of weeks. We are down to the wire!! Also Tshirt pick up is penciled in as of now they are still.in production. The Studio will be closed memorial day and Tuesday June 6th and Thursday June 8th as we prepare for the recital. Dress Rehearsal schedule is posted and will take place at the Greenfield High School on June 7th.
Please remember tuition is broken into 10 convenient payments for the year. Sept-June. Please make sure you are paid in full to receive your tickets! Tickets and t-shirts will not be passed out during dress rehearsal and will have to be picked up no .later than Monday June 5th
Please make sure all dancers have everything they need for recital and hung up! I have a couple pairs of tights left for pick up so please check desk if you have not received yours yet. Thursday 9 and up hip hop your pants are in and I will hand them to you on Thursday and mini company hip hop I will pass out your hip hop costume on Wednesday!
We are selling dance bun kits at the desk $5.00 each. Each kit will include a bun cushion, two hair ties, and bobby pins. They come in blonde or brown and all different sizes.
All pizazz shirts hung up behind desk are on sale for $5.00 each until June 1st to make room for new ones. Leotards are on sale for $5.00 each as well!
Please check lost and found in the bin by the bathroom! It is overflowing.
We will have a draft recital line up for the show posted at the studio. We ask for everyone to check and make sure you have two or more dances in-between your dances to allow enough time to change. We have had to split the tiny dancers up into two groups so they can dance comfortably on stage and be seen. Please check which group your dancer is in.... This is only for dancers 2-4 years old or anyone that dances in the tap/ballet combo classes on Monday Thursday or Saturday. Group 1 will be dancers that dance Sat morning 930-10 and 10-1030. Group 2 will be Monday dancers 430-5 and Thursday dancers 4-430. Caitlin will explain and go over everything with everyone this week. Again these groups are only for dancers 2-4 year old in the tap/ballet combo class. Please double check the line up that will be posted on the observation window.
If dancers are unable to attend a recital night please let Caitlin know ASAP.
Recital DVD or digital download options....We would like to give our families the option to buy either the DVD OR the digital Download, here is how that works:

2. The download is $30 per FAMILY!. I will email YOU the file to those families that paid and gave me their email address. There will be a sheet at desk to sign up for the digital download. You can Venmo me with your email. Please do not use the purchase protection.
Advantages to the download: You will receive the download much quicker then the DVD! If you accidentally delete the file, it can be emailed again to you!
Programs this year we would like to try to be more environmentally friendly and use a QR code. All you need to do is scan QR code that will be posted at the recital using your phone and the program will pop up. We will have some printed programs as well as backup but encourage the scan!
