Dress rehearsal schedule and information
Tuesday June 9th @ Greenfield High School
21 Barr Ave Greenfield MA in the auditorium. Please do not use main front doors the auditorium is located in the back. Those will be unlocked.
During dress rehearsal Shire Photography will be there to take dance photos. She will post more information and sign ups when we get closer.
All dancers must wear their dance costumes and have their hair and make up done like they would for recital. This is a practice run for everyone!! We only have the auditorium and bathrooms to use during this time so please come prepared. During the recital we will have the girls and boys locker room available. Please make sure everyone has their name in their costume and on their shoes.
We highly recommend a garment bag to keep everything nice, neat and organized.
Please do not eat or drink in your costumes. There is no food or drinks allowed in auditorium. Please be respectful and kind as we are renting the space. The cafeteria is off limit
Also we ask that you sit quietly in auditorium while classes are on stage. Its a huge distraction having kids running, screaming and going up and down the stairs to the stage. The back of the auditorium will be closed during rehearsal time. Please make sure you clean up your mess and take any trash out with you that you brought in. Again we are renting this space.
All dancers must wear light suntan tights either footed or Stirrup depending on their dance. All dancers in a tap/ballet class will be wearing footed tights. Dancers in a tap/jazz class will be wearing stirrup tights. Acro classes will need stirrup tights as well. Hip hop classes do not need tights unless you are in a combo class and do not want to change! Cheerdance footed tights unless you are in a tap/jazz combo class then u can wear your stirrup tights
This is not the order of the show this is just the order for dress rehearsal.
Schedule for Tuesday June 9th
3-3:30 Company D (no costumes) please wear black shorts and Pizazz company shirt
3:30-4 Thursday 5-8 year old combo classes. Tap, Jazz and Lyrical
4-4:15 Saturday 5-8 year old combo tap and ballet class
4:15-4:30 Saturday hip hop
4:30-4:45 Thursday 5-8 Hip hop
4:45-5 2-4 year old tap ballet. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
5-5:30 Finale (all dancers) please do not wear your finale outfit. Please wear your costume you just had on or you will need next. Company dancers please wear black shorts and Pizazz company shirt
5:30-6 Thursday 9 and up tap, jazz and lyrical
6-6:15 Cheerdance
6:15-6:30 Thursday 9 and up Hip hop
6:30-6:45 Musical theatre
6:45-7 Friday Acro 5-8 year olds
7-715 Friday Acro 9 and up
7:15-8:15 Company A B and C no costumes. Ballet, contemporary, tap, hip hop and we will end with the greatest show
Everyone must leave after they are done with their dances.
If you are in a combo class for ages 5 and up parents will meet their dancer at the edge of the stage and change their shoes and skirt for them. Dancers 2-4 in the babies class parents will go up on stage to change their shoes.
We will keep the babies up on stage in their line for the finale and then call each class up to their line. Please do not wear your finale outfit!!
Hair will be in a high dancer bun slicked back with gel and hairspray. Bangs are ok down. We ask each dancer to wear some kind of make up so they don't look washed out on stage. Nothing crazy or heavy. Eyeshadow blush and mascara with some lipgloss is perfect.
Please make sure all extra jewelry is off and nail polish as well. Please no tattoos.
Dancers will be given a VIP wrist band to get into the recital when an adult ticket is purchased for each night. Dancers please do not wear the wrist band you can attach wrist band around their dance bag to enter in the VIP section with one adult that has already purchased a ticket.
All dancers in tap classes should have black tap shoes
All dancers in ballet classes should have pink ballet shoes
Acro, musical theatre, jazz and Lyrical are all barefoot
All Thursday hip hop dancers black sneakers it's ok if it has a white sole
Saturday hip hop and cheerdance dancers any white or glitter sneaker is fine. Boys can wear black sneakers.
Fianle attire. Dancers will need jean shorts, their finale shirt and any sneakers! Again please do not wear this to dress rehearsal!

Pre ticket sale is now available. I will attach forms and there are some located at desk. One form per family. If you have more than one dancer please write all dancers name on one form. There are no add ons this year.
Tickets will be sold at the door the night of each shows. We can not swap tickets out
